Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of online courses, course modules, video recordings, and, where applicable, talks and consulting services, between Mary Luz Aparicio Alvarado, Goethestr. 25, 19053 Schwerin, Germany (hereinafter the “Provider”) and customers (hereinafter the “Participant”) via the website powerfullightme.com.
§2 Formation of contract
The contract is formed once the Participant completes the purchase via the website’s order system and payment has been successfully authorized through the payment service provider Stripe. The Provider will confirm the formation of the contract by email.
§3 Description of services
The subject matter of the contract is digital content (online courses, course modules, video recordings) and, where applicable, talks or consulting services, as described in the respective offer on the website. These services support personal development and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
§4 Prices and payment
All stated prices are in euros. As a small business owner (Kleinunternehmerin) pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is processed exclusively via the payment service provider Stripe, using the payment methods offered there (e.g., credit card, SEPA direct debit, others depending on availability). The purchase price is due upon successful payment authorization.
§5 Provision of digital content
Upon successful payment, the Participant is granted access to the purchased digital content (e.g., via an email link or access to a course area).
§6 Right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies as set out in the Right of Withdrawal notice below.
§7 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, the Provider is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
§8 Personal responsibility
Participation in the content offered is at the Participant’s own responsibility. In case of physical or psychological health concerns, it is recommended to seek prior medical or therapeutic advice.
§9 Final provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permitted, is Schwerin.
Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Special notice on digital content (early expiry)
If you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract (e.g., activation of the online course) before the withdrawal period has expired, and have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract, your right of withdrawal will expire once the digital content has been fully delivered.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
